The Extra-Duty Pallet – US.M3 is a reusable plastic pallet that offers a long service life and is ideal for stack loading, conveying systems, distribution, and static storage.

The non-porous, smooth design makes these pallets easily cleanable and is an excellent solution for heavy loads. Our hygienic family plastic pallets offer the perfect combination of mechanical performance and hygienic requirements.

Its robust design makes the pallet resistant to impact and able to carry loads of up to 3,300 lbs. (1,500 kg) in high-bay racks and during transport, as well as up to 17,600 lbs. (8,000 kg) in static storage, with a net weight of 47.2 lbs. (20 kg) and are available in 48 x 40-inches Euro Size (1200 x 1000 mm), designed with large fork opening to minimize damage and provide excellent impact resistance. This high-performance pallet is also ideal for transporting and storing big bags.

Fabricated of recycled ACM Polypropylene (PP) or High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) plastic resin, using high-pressure injection molding creating superior strength to carry heavy loads with low tare weight, and ensuring high quality, strength, and durability.

The Extra-Duty Pallet – US.M3 is easy to store, has protection against ultraviolet rays, is non-toxic, easy to clean, and resistant to acids, fats, solvents, and odors.

Made in a variety of colors, it can be used in damp areas and cold rooms. They do not require any maintenance and their service life can exceed 10 years.

In addition to their resilience on long transport routes, low price, and low dead weight, plastic export pallets also conform to ISPM-15.
