The Heavy-Duty Pallet – US.H3 is an excellent solution for heavy loads. Its robust design makes the pallet resistant to impact and able to carry loads of up to 2,600 lbs. (1,200 kg) in high-bay racks and during transport, as well as up to 17,600 lbs. (8,000 kg) in static storage, with a net weight of only 44 lbs. (20 kg) and are available in 48 x 40-inches Euro Size (1200 x 1000 mm), designed with large fork opening to minimize damage and provide excellent impact resistance. This high-performance pallet is also ideal for transporting and storing big bags.

Fabricated of recycled ACM Polypropylene (PP) or High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) plastic resin, using high-pressure injection molding creating superior strength to carry heavy loads with low tare weight, and ensuring high quality, strength, and durability.

Braided to support heavy loads, light and non-toxic, the Plastic Heavy Pallet is easy to store, has protection against ultraviolet rays, is light, non-toxic, easy to clean, and resistant to acids, fats, solvents, and odors.

Made in black, white, and virgin colors, it can be used in wet or damp areas and cold rooms. They do not require any maintenance and their service life can exceed 10 years.

These rackable pallets feature a picture frame bottom with runners on all four sides for stability. Precise dimensions and design increase process reliability in conveyor technology.
